The QEAHZ Sadhu Board comes with a pair of acupuncture boards for standing on, primarily targeting the feet.Pros:- Nails are not too sharp so they do not puncture the skin when you stand up on it. This is my first Sadhu Board so I have not put my full weight on them, but when supporting with my arms has a pleasant pressure feeling- The nails are offset so the boards can be put on top of one another, nails facing inward, for easy portability

I bought one in the summer and it’s already coming apart. Have used it very moderately. Perhaps 20 times in total. For $80 I was expecting better build quality frankly.

I really think this is a really cool board to have. The wood is heavy duty but easy to carry and take with you anywhere. It's also very convenient to use for many different things. I'm a beginner but I thinks this is a great item for both beginners and the experienced.
