Great tasty recipes
As a non-cook who's looking to get healthier, I tried out this one. There really are only 5 ingredients per recipe! (plus a bit of olive oil and salt and pepper). Some great ideas and I'll be making them for me and my toddler.

Lovely Cookbook Book
I have been enjoying a lot of the recipes in this cookbook. They are easy to follow and not complicated. The layout of the recipes is easy to follow. Delightful book.

Nice recipes but no proper weight units
My copy has just arrived. The recipes in this book look mouth-watering and it's great that they're restricted to 5 ingredients (plus a few more optional ones) per recipe, they're nicely laid out (compact and clear) - BUT, and this is a big BUT, it's all in American cups. No weights given at all, not even imperial weights. What use is it saying "1/4 cup of freshly grated parmesan cheese"?! Keep tapping the cup and you can fit more in! So that's a big disappointment for me.

Not great quality and photos looked like it was done by an amateur! Very poor quality book in not only the way it was written, but also in terms of presentation! Anyone with a typewriter could have put something this shoddy together Without it costing a fortune! Will be returning . Not impressed!

High Five!
I am always pouring over various cookbooks and especially loved this one! Not only does it follow the healthy Mediterranean diet but recipes with five ingredients suits my busy lifestyle. The photos are mouthwatering as the cover suggests. The shopping lists and weekly meal plans are a bonus!

Great Mediterranean Cookbook
Overall, it is a great cookbook with many Mediterranean recipes. What sets this apart from other cookbooks is it's based on 5 [main] ingredients.The only reason it didn't get 5 stars was because Tzatziki is in the ‘soup and salad’ section (and not the dips). Also, the very first recipe has some capitalization errors.

A good book to start a Mediterranean diet
Lots of easy-to-make recipes. I bought it on Kindle (on the computer), and was apprehensive about reading it on a tablet. But it reads well, and all the images appear clearly
