I liked the classy look and practicality of this bag. It has many compartments and is perfect for the times when I don’t want to carry my full size 25L to 30L backpack. This backpack is medium sized, quite spacious, and comfortable to carry. I like that it has so many pockets and sections on the inside and outside. The only issue I could see is that the zippers are not very smooth right out the box. The zippers of the small pockets on the front (bottom and top) were getting stuck on opening and closing, especially on the corners or towards the end of the zip. I’m having to slide the zippers back and forth a couple of times to wear them in a little and open close smoothly. I expect this to get smoother over time but initially, I’m going to have to be careful in operating the zippers of the smaller sections on the front. At this price, things like these matter and hence I’ve reduced the rating by 1 star.
