Amazing air conditioner
Perfect air conditioner for a room for 180sqft and it creates great ambiance. I am happy. I did a lot of research and believe me it will meet all the CTQs you have for you airconditioner.

Service not good
Never buy a LLOYD product from Amazon havells lloyd service team is not able to find out defect. Two times Gas filling, one nitrogen test & still not cooling as per standard. Havells team is not taking pride of there product, worst experience within one year

Good one
Ac is very good using from 1.5 months but installation delayed, value for money, Low noise, no leakage , cooling very good,I ordered two times but sent different outdoor units, Lost discount because of that 😕Installation part very disgusting, after so many talks with customer care they agreed for free installation. Some voice commands not working, Some options can't understand 😔
