Paired with my Hikvision NVR. It's a good clear picture in day. Night is good too but it's in color since my security lights provide good light.

Great item clear picture

This Hikvision PoE IP camera with AcuSense has excellent image quality and does equally well with night vision. The AcuSense functionality works well at identifying cars and people and I had no issues of misidentification. The setting up of the camera was quick and easy, and I like the Hik-Connect app used to view the camera. The camera was also easily integrated with my existing NVR hardware. My only complaint about the product is the price which I found to be a little higher than other competitors in the space.

I've used similar lights for security purposes on our land before. To be honest, I wasn't impressed with all of them. This brand one was that I just didn't know, and had no familiarity with. So I was frankly a little skeptical, especially with all the promises made by the manufacturer. But once you set this security cam up, it does what they say it does. Good quality of video.Best feature for me, hands down, is that it can distinguish between a person and a small critter or animal. On our land, we have plenty of farm cats (dogs are all indoor furbabies). And then we've got rabbits, possums, raccoons, and other little critters that make their way onto our property. I've had security systems before that would set off false alarm notifications, all because of an oversized raccoon that made its way over from the woods to pilfer cat food. We had to toss those cameras because of issues like that. But this one has a solid feature that eliminates that problem for good.

Without going to a high priced commercial grade solution, HIK is the best you can get for home or small business and this model is no exception.
