Recieved parcel with 2 cups broken.I do not want a refund. I just want the 2 broken mugs replaced.

the right size.
These mugs are a good buy not to big and heavy as a lot of mugs are these days. But we should be told they are seconds, they are still a great buy I have bad sight so doesn't bother me 16 quid for 6 blue & white mugs what a bargain love the large handles & the barrel shape.

Mugs which are a super size and shape with a clear willow pattern
These mugs are a super size for cappuccino and the barrel shape is my favourite. They were really well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. I’ve always loved Willow Pattern with its rhyme that starts: 2 little birds flying o’er… and the pictures are beautifully clear. They are a little heavier than my other bone china mugs but seem sturdy and easy to hold. I’m well pleased!

Items were louserly wrapped, it's not worth people's time.
Out of 6 cups delivered 3 were broken one more flawed.
