Took this on the recommendation of my doctor (general practitioner) to help with night-time need to urinate (I'm 47). Gained me 2 hours of sleep each night! The bloke at the health store recommended I try these on my Husky mix to minimize shedding and give her a glossy coat. We've used 2 bottles so far and her coat gets better and better. I carefully make a hole in a single capsule in the mornings and squeeze the contents into her food. It has a pleasant flavor and she doesn't seem to mind it in the least. She saw the vet today who said this is the best her coat has ever looked. Highly recommend. Wonder if it will do anything for my hair?:)

I take two of these every day for urinary tract support. I wish the capsules were a bit smaller but they do go down easy once you get past the visual of this really large capsule. Bottom line, it works!

I purchased Health From The Sun Pumpkin Seed Oil dietary supplements 90 Vegetarian Soft-gels with an expiration date of 10/20. I purchased these in advance on Amazon as my pumpkin seed oil supplements were going to be finished in the next couple of weeks. Sadly, when I opened the Health From The Sun Pumpkin Seed Oil dietary supplements 90 Vegetarian Soft-gels, the supplements were sticky and a rancid smell came from the bottle. It appears that either onepill broke or the item was not sealed properly. So, I would recommend not purchasing this brand in advance and if you do, open immediately when received so you don't have to eat the cost as I was past my return window. I definitely recommend trying the NutriONN Pumpkin Seed Oil brand (ASIN: B017BT2BAO/UPC: 820103567596). Much better product and I have not had any quality control issues with the NutriONN brand as I did with Health From the Sun. Unfortunately the NutriONN brand was sold out when I made this purchase.
