The best product for my business, big enough storage for water.

Worked great for about 4 months the blew up . Smoke out the top snd oil out the bottom. Very disapointed and it seams it's not one off as a friend in Norfolk also bought one and the same thing happened. On the phone to the seller for 5 1/2 hours at position one and no answer .. disgraceful customer service. Still can't get HD of anyone even though it has a 2 year warranty. Only bought 5 months ago.

I'm sorry I ever purchased this item as the instructions are a waste of time. The reviews are very misleading as it DOES NOT DUE A VERY GOOD JOB ON CLEANING MY PATIO.IF I COULD RETURN THIS ITEM AND HAVE MONEY BACK I WOULD DEFINATELY RETURN IT

I have used this once, it is a powerful machine with lots of metal tubes if you wanted to clean the upstairs windows or gutters, what I didn’t like about it is the rotary brush, it is small and the pipes used are cheap and bendable, which means it is almost impossible to use the rotary brush flat on the ground, so you have to lift it slightly which sprays dirt three feet up the walls etc, the Karcher brush and tubes are stonger and the brush is bigger, apart from that so far I like it.

It only has 1 star because I couldn't put 0. Really if you thinking about buying it don't. The extension parts are not fit for purpose they are to powerful and the poles bend and look like they are going to snap.The pressure washer itself works ok good for patio car wash etc. But honestly you can get that much cheaper or for the same money a karcher which would be much better.

I was really excited about getting this pressure washer however it was quite small when I received it, I’ve used it a handful of times, bought it in February and it’s already broken! I’ve consistently always packed it away and kept it indoors and looked after it. I would go for a better well-known make
