I used this on a 6 hour flight to and from Egypt. Most comfortable pillow that I’ve ever used! Managed to get a few hours sleep! Unbelievably soft. Adjustable firmness. Hood for privacy/darkness. Great support, even in the middle seat. Packs away quite small into its own bag. Super fast to inflate or deflate (great if you have chest/breathing issues, like me). Looking forward to using this on more long haul flights

I bought this item for a long haul journey and my partner also purchased one. I was a little disappointed that when I blew mine up on the flight, the stitching on the seam was faulty which created a hole in the seam. My partners was fine.I took the pics and sent to the seller and they sent a new one. - it had arrived before I had returned from my trip!The item was really effective, gave good support, was versatile to maximise the comfort and we found the hood to be a great addition to add a sense on privacy whilst resting.The item is well designed and the packaging was well considered too.The foam earplugs and case was also a nice addition although I don't personally find these earplugs very effective. I would recommend this item and experience tells me that the customer service is excellent with very speedy resolution. This item would also make a fabulous luxury travel gift.

Professional packaging, top quality.The feel of the neck cushion is so soft and velvety. Easy to inflate and done quickly, the same to deflate. I liked the back if the neck support, not bulky around the back of neck, which most seem to be. Nice shape.After a very long haul flight, I noticed the cushion seemed to deflate a little. I got in touch with the company direct and it was sorted immediately, another posted to me with apologies.Very happy with the support from this small company.

Everything about this oozes quality, even the box it’s delivered in. This travel pillow is so comfy and convenient, and a great space saver over its competitors. I love how you can very quickly inflate/deflate to your desired firmness, I love the soft and luxurious material, and how the pillow neatly packs away into its little storage bag. The hood is a brilliant add-on too. Just a great product - I’m buying as presents now for family and friends. So good! And great value for money.

This is really comfy but it doesn’t deflate quickly at all, i have been trying to deflate it for about 10 minutes and it’s still completely full of air, which obviously takes away the practical side of it

I’ve had numerous travel pillows over the years, including one of those ones that sits on your tray table that you put your head and arms in. I’ve never managed to get away with any of them and always find the gap between my ear and shoulder too big for the classic u-shaped pillows (maybe I have a long neck?!) but this pillow is fabulous. It not only completely supports your head, making for a very comfortable sleep, but it is super easy to inflate (I have chronic asthma and managed fine), it has a one way valve so no trying to keep it from going down as you blow it up, plus, it’s easy to deflate you just press the valve in. Piece of cake! It is finished in a lovely brushed soft material so it feels luxurious and it comes in a little drawstring bag, so it’s compact to fit in your bag when travelling. The hood thing is a bit pointless, it isn’t big enough to cover your face, so I just took my own eye mask, but the ear buds were welcome! A fabulous travel pillow and I highly recommend!

This travel pillow took no space in my luggage, was easy to inflate for use and was very comfortable to wear. I put the down-bits on my chest and the strut under my chin, so keeping my head from lolling about and my mouth closed - result, no snoring! Bliss. It deflated to flat in seconds too. Highly recommended.

I travel a lot for work and find the traditional neck pillow to be a hassle to carry and too soft to provide real support to my neck, particularly over several hours. I’ve had the FlowZoom for over a year and find it easy to carry, gives firm support for my neck (you can vary the support based on the amount of air you put into it), and very comfortable.Recently the FlowZoom developed a slow leak, and I reached out to the company to ask for advice. It was well out of warranty but without any questions they immediately offered to replace it. I emailed them on a Friday and the tracking says the new FlowZoom will arrive on Monday. That’s fantastic customer support that goes above and beyond my expectations.It’s an easy five stars and well worth the money.
