This face oil is excellent, I can't complain. The scent is perfect, natural, very mild, and pleasant.It's not too oily either, which really sets it apart from many similar products.It's really good to know that it's mostly made of natural ingredients, as it should be less likely to cause any issues down the line, and there are probably benefits of the natural ingredients that we're not even aware of yet.There's quite a lot in the bottle, so it should last a decent length of time. This is more convenient and more sustainable. The bottle is also glass so should be easily recyclable.A very good product, I can't recommend enough.

This review is for the item described as “Jurlique - Herbal Recovery Face Oil - For All Skin Types - Natural Ingredients - 50ml”.I was surprised by the subtlety of the smell of this oil as I could hardly smell anything. Be aware that it contains lavender which some people can be sensitive to.At £65 for 50ml, this product is going to appeal to those who are able to spend considerable sums on skin care, and who may well be coming to this brand from an informed position, being aware of the company’s background and ethos, and are happy to buy in to that. As I had never heard of the company before, I looked them up. My initial impression that this is an expensive product was tempered slightly when I looked up the price per ml of a facial oil I have used before, sold by another well known herbal skin care company, and found it to be similar but sold in a smaller quantity. I anticipate that this 50ml bottle will last a few months if using two or three drops into a moisturiser daily.Whether it lives up to its claims of brightening my skin will likely take an extended period of testing and is quite subjective. I will continue to add a couple of drops to my night cream and see if it noticeably enhances my complexion without causing sensitivity. I am giving it four stars for the moment and will only upgrade to five if I can see real benefits.

Unfortunately, this oil did not suit me at all. Although the texture and smell are very pleasant (the smell is delicate, something like herbal notes with notes of flowers), this oil is poorly absorbed and leaves a greasy film on the skin even after a whole night. In addition, after a few days I noticed that my skin became even drier than before. This may be due to the linalool in the oil. It’s a shame, buying oil for £65 and it doesn’t work for you extremely upsetting. This oil is made in Australia

The Jurlique Herbal Recovery Facial Oil arrives in a recyclable cardboard sleeve containing a 50ml bottle of the Facial Oil.I found it to be a really lovely Facial Oil but had to cut down on the recommended 3-5 drops for face, neck and décolletage as the Oil was sitting on my skin (even after a fair amount of massaging it in) without being fully absorbed. If you're adding it to your daily/nightly moisturiser you may find that 2 drops is enough.I appreciate the use of natural ingredients as I have very sensitive skin and have had issues with some facial oils causing breakouts in the past. Thankfully, the Jurlique Facial Oil didn't cause any breakouts.It has a very, very faint herbal scent which barely lingers on the skin and left my skin looking very dewy. I'm currently using the Facial Oil as part of my night time routine as I've found this works better if I'm planning on applying make-up in the morning otherwise my foundation did tend to slip a bit.Overall, it's a lovely facial oil that I'd love to get again but could only afford if it was on offer as the current price is beyond my skincare budget.

A few drops blended in with a basic face cream and a little of this product goes a long way. It can also be blended into a small amount of carrier all and used as a lovely massage oil. No added fragrance with just no most subtle of herbal tones.Results from this are always going to be subjective and vary from person to person. Personally I found that mixed with a cheap no frills Hyaluronic Acid face cream this has produced noticable results. I suspect there are high levels of Vit C in this which is helping. ( There is a good BBC Sliced Bread podcast on face creams which is worth a listen).It’s nice to see simple packaging that is recyclable with no plastic outer wrap.It’s worth having a look at Jurlique’s history, they use their own biodynamic farm for the herbal extracts and have a pretty eco conscious approach to their cosmetics.

I like the way my skin feels after I've used this. You only need 2 or 3 drops and then massage it in. My skin doesn't feel oily afterwards and it feels lovely and soft and smooth. I find the oil has a slight scent but it is not too distracting. I don't know how often or how long you need to use it to see any marked differences in skin quality, but I do feel that my skin feels good when I use it. It is also a nice way to massage your face, neck and decollatage. The instructions mention to put it in the palms of your hands, but i find it easier to gently massage using my fingers over face/neck and decollatage.The instructions also say you can also put 2 or 3 drops into your moisturiser, as you massage that in.

I love all natural beauty products and am always on the lookout for a new tool in my daily routine to keep me ageing well….This exceeded my expectations. Lovely packaging and colours. The oil itself is really good quality and great ingredients. No smell and weirdly - not oily. Didnt sit on the surface of the skin so was easily absorbed and made my skin feel deeply moisturised. And on my first day of using - I got glowing compliments on my skin! Winner winner chicken dinner. Would definitely order again.
