I just finished setting up my new Samsung s24 Ultra phone. I haven't had the chance to play much with it yet with it but so far I'm very happy with it. I am especially impressed with the camera. I love the night sky so the first thing I did was to take pictures in the dark. I looked at the sky and saw a few Bright Stars so took a picture in the dark. Boy was I surprised when I looked at that picture! I only saw a few stars with the naked eye but the camera captured thousands of them! I took a picture in a minus 7° so my hands were not steady while I was trying to stabilize myself on the ice on my deck yet the picture is still impressive. I will be posting pictures here soon. I am disappointed about one thing though.. I ordered a purple phone and received a pewter color one. I'll deal with it because I need the phone and I have no time to return it but that didn't make me happy.

Best products is an understatement! This phone was lost and submerged in water for 7 HRS in the Turks and Caicos Islands. After being retrieve this pone was till on with battery on 91 percent! And fully active! Samsung to the world!

Not going to give a low rating as I got the product as expected, however:Be aware this is a GLOBAL model for this phone. I totally did not see it in the description of the device before I purchased it, which is 100% my fault but I'm sure others may do the same. This could cause issues with carrier compatibility, US e911 services, Google Pay/Wallet features, and some other things. The phone I received the device and the box were in Spanish.My only other complaint would be that the packing was not very secure. The phone box came wrapped in bubble wrap, but there was no additional packing in the box to stop it from sliding around.

Nice phone but when purchasing said fully unlocked installed T-Mobile SIM card and only partially getting service once contacting T-Mobile it was determined that the phone is still locked

I bought about six months before the Samsung S25 Ultra came out but my old phone was dying I needed a new one. I have no regrets buying this one. I'm going to hold on to this for about 4 years or until it starts showing signs of aging or if it doesn't work. Samsung phones usually last longer than 4 years so it's going to be a while until I upgrade to another model.
