New Life SpectrumFloat Medium 120g (Naturox Series)

My fish LOVE their New life food. I use it for all my fish except bottom feeders. I've used the small medium and large. The medium is great for my 3" parrot fish, he can't get the large in his mouth yet, and the large for my 5". Just got a baby oscar that's just over 1" and boy that sucker sure tried to eat the large, I think he's close. I think the size is perfect and the quality..... My fish are super healthy and active and I credit the food for a lot of that, as well as a nice clean tank.

My Petrochromis Red Bulu Point Cichlid has been super picky about his food ever since I got him, and he's a show specimen. He would rather starve for a week before nibbling on something to see if he likes it or not ...but this New Life Spectrum FLOAT food ...he LOVES. He starts wagging his tail everytime I grab the food.

My 9" blood parrot loves this food. He has the typical stupidly mutated mouth, so he was struggling with the larger hikari cichlid food. I bought the float so he could take his time working on the food. He loves it and is more colorful than I have seen him in a long time.NLS is one of my go-to brands, and it has proved itself once again.

I love the wholesome ingredients in this brand of fish food--it's hard to beat, really. However, the medium sized pellet is really quite small. This became an issue for my 4-5 inch Albino Orange Sunshine Cichlid. He doesn't see very well and needs floating pellets of a larger size to spot them, and successfully get one in his mouth. While my Mollies and Australian Rainbows love these medium pellets, they are invisible to my impaired cichlid. I will try the next size up for him.

I've used the small Float for years, a great product.....The Medium is too big for my fish. Useless....I guess I'll go to flakes.
