Q: Are selectable sizes listed in women’s or men’s? It says both in the title but the sizing does not differentiate M or W.

They come in reduced sizes, I’d go half a number up just in case. I hope this helps.

It’s not completely flat, it has some arch support but very little compared to other shoes.

Q: Are they really wide or narrow shoes?

I think they are pretty average, maybe a bit on the narrow side. I have a wide foot and ordered the men's thinking they would fit better than the women's as far as width but they didn't.

They are for both. They are sold in, for instance, size 9 -- size 9W for women and size 9M for men.
