I am a baseball mom and I made little gift baskets for our players this year and included a pack of this gum in each. Some of the kids had never had this gum before and they thought it was so cool! 😂This pack is great for gift baskets or treating a tim!

I got this for my daughter for her birthday and now she says this is the only gum she ever wants

Review of: 5 Flavor Variety Pack- Shredded Bubble Gum 2.12oz eachI was really looking forward to this 5 flavor variety pack of Big League Chew...but after trying the ‘Original’ flavor, I now have more downs than ups with the product.To begin with, each package is a relatively small 2.12 ounce package. And, according to the label on the back of the package, this is supposed to be somewhere around 20 servings. I understand that this product is primarily intended for a younger audience (who would, of course, use less of the gum), but even then I consider 20 servings to be way out of line for a ‘decent sized serving’.For me, and being generous, 10 servings is a more realistic number.Second, if the package contains anywhere from 10 to 20 servings, I would have preferred that the bag be resealable in some way. Granted, the ‘idea’ I’m sure is that the top of the bag should be folded over a couple of times but that, I don’t think, is sufficient from keeping the gum from getting hard.On the other-side-of-the-coin, in a more positive light, is the taste and texture/consistency of the gum itself. The gum is surprisingly soft and easy to chew. Quite possible some of the softest bubble gum I’ve ever had. A pleasant surprise.And the actual taste of the bubble bum itself is pretty good (as long as I take a decent amount of the product at one time). A very nice, classic bubble gum that I remember from years gone by.Oh, and I was actually able to blow a bubble which is something I can’t always say about most bubble gum products.Finally, I didn’t get the little container of sugar free mints that I thought would included in the package.Okay, not a big deal as that isn’t why I got the bubble gum, but still a negative.Overall, a decent taste/decent consistency but nothing really outstanding for an ‘original’ flavor of bubble gum. Hopefully the other flavors will leave me with more of a ‘wow’ experience.

This 5 flavor pack of Big League Chew is everything I remember from my childhood and then some. I shared them with my kids, who of course needed an explanation as to why the gum is all shredded up, which led to an interesting conversation as to what sort of things were considered perfectly ok to market towards kids back in the day lol. Anyway, we thought all the flavors were delicious and everyone seemed to have a different favorite. I thought strawberry would be my favorite, but it turns out it's my least favorite, and I really like the grape. The blue raspberry is of course as delicious as tradition requires, complete with that one little factor that could either be considered favorable and fun, or not so much, depending on your age or whether or not you have to leave the house within an hour or two-- it turns your mouth blue lol. Thankfully I had nowhere to be after I tried blue raspberry, and my kids see zero problem with having a Papa Smurf smile. The mints are also pretty tasty, and the tin they come in is "fun because of its different shape"-- so fun apparently, that my tween-age daughter was ninja-quick to swipe it for her dragon's nest of goodies before I even had a chance to sample more than a few of the mints. I'll get it back later... Anyway, the gum arrived really fresh and soft, and it's easy to keep them fresh in-between gum-chewing sessions because the bags still have the foil lining-- just like they used to-- so you can roll 'em up and stuff em in your back pocket along with your newly scored Garbage Pail Kid card before you hop back on your bike and pedal back home before the sun goes down. Wow, I miss those days lol.

Sugar Free MintsFirst impressions: Nice pouches of soft bubble gum in several flavors. The gum is shredded and is easy to chew. The package is not resealable, but can be folded over to keep it fresher and keep dirt or other contaminants from getting in.Installation/setup: Open pouch, take a pinch, place in your mouth and chew. Add more if you like, blow bubbles easily.Final thoughts: I remember these from my youth…I think I remember when they came out with the original, early 80’s? Yes, I’m old but I still like chewing gum and blowing bubbles. I liked these then and I like them now. The gum is easy to chew but not as easy to fall apart as some other soft bubble gums. The consistency is soft, easily chewed, and blows huge bubbles, keeping its flavor for more than an hour of vigorous chewing. The metal container of mints is full and they are very small but powerful. I like this and I’m glad I got it.⭐️1 star - I don't recommend it at all, poor quality.⭐️⭐️ 2 stars - I don't recommend it, it has multiple faults, or a very high price.⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars - It's passable, It has some faults but the quality is ok for what it is.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars - Product quite acceptable, it does what it promises.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars - Product that I totally recommend.
