This review is for the YORKING stainless steel griddle. I ordered this griddle and couldn’t wait for it to arrive. I tracked the order to find out when it’s getting delivered and planned to grill burgers with hotdogs for the kids. Ever since we moved up north, grilling for a family of 7 has not been an option during the winter season. So, I was super excited for this to arrive.The griddle came packaged well, double boxed and wrapped in bubble wrap. As soon as I got it out of the box I immediately noticed that there’s only one handle included. Being that this griddle is large and heavy, it is definitely not usable with one handle. I realize that I could have tried to reach out to the seller with the issue, but I had a plan to treat the family and was very disappointed. The package should have been checked for all parts prior to shipping. The griddle even comes with a manual which clearly states the parts that should be included in the box.I do have to say that this griddle weighs over 12 pounds, which will be very hard and awkward to clean in a standard size kitchen sink. Overall, I am very disappointed with the poor quality control. This issue should have been caught and could have been prevented.
