All the supplies you need all packaged in one. This was so convenient. I split half for daycare party and used the others for our small party with the family. I bought the candle separately.

Ruined my kids party the table cloth wasn’t even big enough to fit a regular rectangle table the coloring was not made right it’s a rectangle table cloth and can’t fit a rectangle tanle!!! The designs looked tacky happy birthday sign was we thrown in package anythpe of way I am returning it’s not even worn 30$ you can get a better deal at dollar tree than this

The plates, napkins, and forks were all good quality, but the table cover was very thin. If you're not careful opening it, it will rip. The swirls were horrible, as the holes where you hang them. They were so big that I had to use some tape so they could hold. The happy birthday banner also requires you to string it yourself.
