DC 12V Wired Doorbell Door Bell Chime for Home Office Access Control System

I bought two of the mini door chimes for the front & rear of house. Simple to install as long as you have small 12v DC (+&-) power supply and basic bell push (push to make contact).You just need to have or install a small 4core cable (BT/Alarm etc), basically 2 x wires in parallel (12v DC +&-) to the door chimes and 2 x wires parallel (activate) from your bell push to chime or link to a number of chimes.The door chime gives you a clear "Ding Dong - Ding Dong" chime sound every time the bell push is pressed.I happened to have a suitable illuminated door bell button which could also powered from the 12v DC PSU, however be aware that some standard illuminated buttons may not work as they work with specific door bell kits.The unit is small and unobtrusive if seen.

It was incorrectly wired and had a black stain on the front. However the refund was very quick and easy.

Followed the instructions to apply 12V dc power but never managed to get it to work when connecting the green and yellow wires together :-( Returned as faulty.

Great little 12volt chime, does exactly what it says.

Did just the job - brilliant.

With the images showing “bell 1 & bell 2” wires, I assumed it had 2 different chimes, triggered each by the corresponding wire when connected to ground or 12v.This in turn was incorrect and cause the unit to let out its magic smoke.The bell features 1 chime. Operated by connecting bell 1 and bell 2 together momentarily. But only ofcourse when it has a permanent 12v supply.

Didn't work.
