Really like the flavor of this product you can really tell that the jerky was made well. However the package isn’t resealable as said, the closeable seal was stuck to just one side of the package i ended up throwing it into a ziplock bag to save the rest.

This jerky is so much better than you would expect! It's got the perfect mix of spices to give a great 'Asian' spicy flavors without being too hot. The meat is dried just the perfect amount to not be tough, just the right amount of chewy and juicy, without being too greasy.

This jerky isn't that bad, has a nice subtle kick to it but not overwhelming. Good for a quick snack on the go. Though a little more expensive then your average jerky.

Taste is ok, but them bragging about how some chef made the recipes, I would expect more. Also too dry

This is very clearly high-quality chicken "jerky" with an eye on flavor, quality, and presentation, but I cannot fathom the p r i c e point.It's got a great blend of spicy/sweetness (without overwhelming the tastebuds on either vector) and the pieces of chicken are thick and really moist, but...I would choose Bak Kwa (chinese pork Jerky) over this any day of the week, for flavor, for value, and for just overall experience.Nobody should spend f o r t y d o l l a r s on jerky unless it's some exotic meat that is super rare, and if you're buying that, you're probably not a particularly good person.

Ok, so I make jerky. I've choked chickens, but I've never jerkied chickens. I like spicy, I like Szechuan foods and flavors. I like good jerky. I'll also eat the worst truck stop jerky, cuz even bad jerky is good.The good on this chili crisp jerkyFlavor is solid. There's a little bitter finish, not sure why. Salt level is reasonable / good for jerky. I don't get the black bean that much but that's understandable, they could turn a lot of people off with too much of that. there is a nice soy/ umami/ sweet thing going on that is different than most jerky, but there's not enough spice/ chili for me to really think of chili crisp here.I'm trying to be descriptive, and it's sounding nit picky, but this is good stuff and I like it.The star deduct is for THE BADToo soft, too tenderized, too sticky....This is real pieces of chicken, it's not processed/ ground. It's odd shaped pieces of real flesh, and kudos for that, but it's too tender, it comes off not slimy, but almost. Fingers are sticky, etc. It chews easy, too easy in fact. Maybe that's their intent, you could chow down a whole bag fast and have to buy more (and these are nice big bags, not cheap, but note that they are big/ heavy for bags of jerky).I'd prefer this a little drier, a little chewier, a little tougher. This texture reminds me of over tenderized meat more than dried jerky.

I am a big fan of beef jerky and honestly wasn't expecting to like chicken jerky this much. The flavor is zesty and spicy with just a hint of heat, but it isn't hot. The pieces are large and perfectly tender. I can't stand to start chewing on a piece of jerky and it just keep expanding like a piece of rubber that can't be chewed up. Well, none of that with this moist, nicely textured, tender jerky. I really enjoyed the flavor and found myself craving more everytime I put the generously sized bag away. In my opinion this chili crisp chicken jerky is very tasty and satisfying.

I've never tried chicken jerky before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. This has a similar appearance to beef jerky, but is a lot more tender. When you eat it, it doesn't feel like you're overworking your jaw and I don't get as much stuck between the teeth as I do with beef jerky. The bags are a very generous size for beef jerky packets, although that is a bit of a problem as it makes it more difficult to consume within the recommended 3 days. My pack came with a surprise extra "sweet heat" beef stick that I'm looking forward to trying as well! The flavor of the sichuan chili crisp is really not very spicy at all. It's a very low burn but does linger for a bit after consumption. There is a slight bitter flavor that also lingers, however, which I could do without. Overall a pretty solid jerky, and a great choice for people who find beef too tough.
