Q: what is the percentage of blue light blocking that these glasses provide?

I'm not sure of the percentage, but I can say that I have definitely felt a difference since I have started using them! My eyes are not near as tired and sore at the end of my work day!! I really like them!

Q: Are they Actual rhinestones or just painted on. Thx

They aren't actual rhinestones, but a silver piece of plastic with divits in it. They do sparkle some, though, not as much as actual stones. I was more concerned they came in the mail in a plastic bag. No box or protective padding. Fortunately, mine arrived fine with no damage.

Q: are the lens completely clear or tinted? I really dislike tinted lenses

Our cat-eye reading glasses lenses have 100% light transmittance and are UV400 protection. However, according to scientific research, it is impossible for the lenses to be 100% anti-blue light
