I love the little note that goes with it and that it is simple (works well for my picky teen brother), but it needs to be more adjustable. It was a little tight on my brother's wrist. He still wears it, but I am sure it would have been more comfortable if he was able to adjust it!if you are heavily overweight or large wrists, would not recommend getting this product!
