i take both 30c and 200c for nuropathic (sp) pain in my very low back...i take the 200c less often with the same effect as 30c usually 3 little pills at a time...either way this is the only product that i have ever found that works...i say it works on "pain" but it is like an electrical current... this stops it very fast... good luck!!!
