I bought 2 Split AC's (BLUE STAR) from Amazon. Butseems to be one AC completely is having manufacturing defect. Blue STARServices are not up to mark. I am going to make complaint to Amazon India and Consumer Forum for the same. Another AC is creating noise through swing (either vertical or horizontal)ThanksSupriyo

Installation team charges heavily for the work
The product of Blues star is good but the issue what we face is the installation issue where they the company agent charges heavily due to which we feel cheated , so please take of installation part where person identifies many issues and then charge heavily .

Don't purchase Bluestar ac
I would not recommend blue star ac to any one. I have purchased this bluestar ac through Amazon with cost of 41500 and im additionally spent another 6000 rupees for 5 meter copper wire for installation but poor skilled technician came and did the installation and completely he bend the copper wire because of this copper wire bend cooling was not happening Ihave raised compliant about cooling issue. Technician visited agine and did welding on where he did bend on copper wire and after one week agine I faced same cooling issue. Blue star haresing and torturing me due to lack of skillfull technicians and low quality products. Even technicians don't know how to operate remote also.Please don't purchase bluse star ac. Don't fall on trap of Virat kohlis add. Worst product and waste of money.
