Good smart home device
A nice smart device to manage and monitor your spaces. Good image quality and night vision image also is good.Only issues is that it doesn’t sometimes work on my wifi

Very bad service and quality
I have purchased 3 Xiomi cameras. They worked for a few days and then started having issues. My cameras are under warranty period so I got a replacement. Now the replacement camera is not working either. Really terrible service. They don't come home. We need to drop the cameras to service center every time there is a problem. Very inconvenient. Really bad.

Quality is not up to mark and there after sell service is worst in only 5 months of use it get defect and there service centers are not exchanging my device even after 1 month or submitting of device
