best brand I've tried so far.... I believe it's higher quality - I definitely notice a difference between this brand and the other one I've tried (also a pill form; I've never tried the juice) The other brand doesn't state the % of flavanoids, etc., and it just seems weaker, IMO...Plus, the price is reasonable.btw - I found out about this from the low histamine chef web site.... I was happy with it, but wanted to try another brand w a higher dosage.. unfortunately, the quality isn't very good, so the higher mg amount doesn't matter.... I wish this brand came w a higher mg amount...

I bought this with the expectations of helping with a mast cell problem I have. (I heard about the product in a blog)Surprisingly, it did help. Supposedly Mangosteen is suppose to help with keeping those pesky mast cells more stable. In conjunction with the seeking health histamine block, seeking health probiota Bifido, and black seed oil it actually does seem to help with lowering the histamine levels naturally and help with those side effects caused by mast cell activation.It's worth a try if you suffer from severe systemic allergies. I still need my meds, but not as much of it. If I'm eating right and taking this it's usually all I need- but have meds as a backup!**disclaimer: This is not to replace your doctors orders!!

These made me nervous, and I was unable to take them.

Supposed to help mcas but I noticed no benefit. Don’t know if my dose was not high enough
