Perfect replacement, quality part, easy installation
My tailgate struts stopped working. I tried a different brand first (A-Premium), they were not premium and opened the tailgate so fast it felt like it would fall off. Then I ordered these and they worked perfectly. The install is pretty quick, 10-15 minutes. You can do it on your own, just watch your head and use one hand to keep the tailgate up as you switch them out one at a time. They did look like they were better quality, maybe because they were German-made.

Not chinese junk, Made in Germany. Same manufacturer as original lifts on my Honda.Original lifts were still working but just starting to get weak after 13 years.

Great replacement part. Easy to install.
These are great replacement for 2008 Honda CRV EX. Make sure that the model number is the same as the original equipment. Follow the directions and installation is a breeze. Now the rear door is as good as new with this set of struts holding it up.
