Try toasting ..
I agree with another reviewer that these seeds dont have a lot of flavour BUT if you toast in a dry pan and then use a pestle and mortar for just a minute the flavour is beautifully enhanced.I do the same with sesame seeds and mix both with a tiny bit of raw garlic into olive oil and a pinch of salt and some mustard. Mix into some cooked cold green beans as a salad. Delicious.

i ordered poppy seeds for my breadmaking, and that is what I got!
to make bread, but I will them in a cake!

Can’t recommend.
Came in a thin, plastic bag and they taste of absolutely nothing! Shocked. Also, these are the tiniest poppy seeds you’ve ever seen.. I wanted them for bread making, as they tend to pop with this unmisteable flavour but, these are just as good having your food without them on or in it at all. This is not about “preference” of flavour, as there simply is non therefore, they are not “fit for purpose.” Extremely disappointed. Have contacted seller for a refund. I did want to recommend these as they’re reasonably priced and arrived in good time but, sadly quality matters too.

brilliant. came in a nice strong plastic ziplock container and not the cheap and thin plastic one as showed. tastes good and organic.
