Great service.
I put the url incorrect, when I emailed them for assistance it took them one hour to get back to me and once I sent them the photo, it was fixed in 5 mins. Great company. Easy product to use. I recommend.

Product doesn’t work and there’s no customer service
The QR code on the main stand couldn’t be set - it continued to take you to the company’s Amazon store, not the google review site for my business.I reached out to customer support and never received a response. The product is useless so I’ve requested a return.

Highly recommend if you own a business and need customers to write reviews for you. It makes it very simple for them. And it's easy to set up.

Works but breaks easily
I ordered 5 of these. 1 arrived broke and 2 others broke within a couple of weeks. I have tried taking them up but the plastic is thin and not durable. Great idea but needs to be made with thicker and more durable material.
