I distill my water, this adds three minerals back in. Gives a better mouth feel as well.FYI they don’t package it very well, had to request a replacement, first one the cap was broken and seal destroyed. (But can’t imagine that all happened in transit). Second came intact.

Anyone complaining about the taste is not adding enough water to it!!! This is a concentrate that needs to be thinned out or else it will taste awful.I have a half-gallon water bottle that I fill up each morning for the day, and it's like this isn't even there - no flavor at all. Even when my bottle isn't nearly filled all the way, it's still enough water to avoid any unwanted flavor so play around with the ratios and see what works for you. 10/10 love it.

I love it! I mix 2.5 ml in 1 L of water, a pinch of himalayan pink salt, and a few drops of lemon, and boom! I get an elixir that hydrates me and tastes like coconut water 👍

I feel like I have more energy after taking this in water. Trace minerals are essential in our diet. Too many are deficient in trace minerals. So much info out there.

This is an inexpensive mineral supplement. It is low on the potassium, and adds a bland taste to just water, but for the money, it seems adequate for my needs.

What my body craves after a good workout. Ironically, I actually like the taste. It reminds me of the unflavored Pedialyte coach used to give us after football practice back in the day.

Put a half teaspoon in my cup of coffee and was undrinkable due to the bitter taste. Can't return so buyer beware.
