Great knowledge in a small book so happy with it

Everyone should have one.
After trying several medications for health problems, and suffering even more from the side effects I started looking into finding a better way to heal myself.....I know we've a lot of improvement in our modern society, and I do appreciate them, none of us would like to go back to the way poor people lived years back, often starving and no medical help...but when I started to check out the ingredients in our food and beauty products and their effects on our bodies, things that interfere with our immune system, our heart health and even cause cancers.....I realised that probably a lot of my medical problems stem from what is put into these everyday things .....as a result my bin is now full of make up and beauty products... and I'm starting to feel better after just a few days....I've tried a few herbal tea's in the past but never really knew what their benefits were, this book is very useful in that it explains what you should avoid with your medical problems as well as what will benefit you .....I've already discovered a few that are a great benefit my family members as well as myself , and they're so easy to make ....this is a book that will be used a lot.

A well written and explained guide to the world of herbal tea. I have always been fascinated and wished to try and this book helped me do so. Brilliant!

Wow! This experience was a fantastic immersion into the healing power of herbs.
I'm a big fan of using herbal teas for fasting and cleanses, but this book provided even greater clarity on the powerful effects herbs have on the body. I appreciated the clarity and simplicity of the explanations. While I read the Kindle version of the book and loved it, I believe it's worthwhile to invest in a hardcover copy. This allows you to enjoy coming back to this book repeatedly for advice.

Clear, useful information for those who enjoy natural healing
This was a clear and informative guide to many of the most common herbs and how to use them as tea infusions, as well as a few other uses. It was very helpful to understand which herbs were good for which conditions - such as helping with sleep, helping with digestion etc. A few great teas stood out, which are excellent for everything - such as peppermint and ginger - I'll be drinking more of these. If you're interested in this topic, then this short guide is a really helpful read.

A Comprehensive and Compelling Introduction
An intriguing book opening up a whole world of self-medication. Every ailment known to humanity is assigned specific herbs and clear, simple recipes are described for each one. An incredibly comprehensive and user-friendly manual.

Some really nice recipes here, more options than I'd considered before.
As someone who has enjoyed herbal teas for a few years now this book has been great for thinking about different combinations and expanding knowledge on the benefits of different ingredients. Really simple to navigate and instructions are clear.
