Easy to build very comfortable and the led light modes are awesome!!

I've tried NUMEROUS times to update my review over this past year & I'm not sure why it hasn't been excepted. Hoprefully this time it is.....after all the issues we had with the 2 chairs we ordered & had to return Dowinx reached out to me directly. Rita was AWESOME & understanding. She resolved the issue by sending me a chair directly from them to replace the damaged ones. My son LOVES his new gaming chair & I am so pleased with it that I am now getting 1 for myself since I am starting a new degree in January & doing online classes.I bought this chair for my son for Xmas. Unfortunately the 1st chair came with punctures on both pieces of the seat due to pieces inside the box being improperly packed. There was NO way we could repair & use the chair because where the damage was it would've just split & torn more. This was my 1st inkling that the quality was not good because it shouldn't have just split & torn like it did. This made me think about daily use, getting on & off of it, as well as reclining. Also the lights are supposed to run through it & that was another area of contention for me because it seemed weakly put together. Amazon kindly offered a free return & replacement since I couldn't get the manufacturer to respond to any of my calls or emails.The replacement chair comes & this time the plastic hinge (yes you read that correctly......it's a hinge made of plastic) which is where you connect the seat to the back of the chair came smashed. So this deemed the chair unusable because there was NO way to assemble it with this piece being damaged. The rest of the chair though was fine so I told Amazon give me a $50 credit & I'll drive to the hardware store to find the pieces I need to make this work. Mind you.....I live in NW Illinois in a rural town of 700 so I have to drive 45-60 mniutes ONE WAY to Lowe's or Menards (Home Depot is 75-90 minutes 1 way). That means I have to take 2 hours out of my day to drive & then another hour to hunt down the pieces needed. NOPE Amazon couldn't authorize anything more than $25 so it went back. I'm now researching a replacement from another manufacturer. Save yourself the time, money, & just basic inconvience because on top of this I know have an upset kiddo on my hands!!!!

I got this for my boyfriend for Christmas and he absolutely loved it and I thought it was pretty cool as well! Easy to put together and pretty comfortable and the lights are pretty cool definitely worth the price !
