Strap broke very quickly
I bought this watch for my daughter for Christmas and she absolutely loved the features on it. Unfortunately, the strap broke within 3 months of purchase. I asked the manufacturer about replacing the strap and was told they don't sell them any more, just search on amazon. I found this to be extremely unhelpful, especially as I have been unable to find a strap at the right size to replace it as it is an unusual width. Very very disappointed in the customer service.

My daughter had a reaction to the wrist band
The watch itself is good and effective. A little bit complicated with the app. However , my daughter had a reaction to the watch and it left almost a burn like mark on her arm ( she is 10)
