Not happy with these forms at all.
I'm really disappointed with these. First off, they feel super cheap. They're printed on very thin paper that can barely withstand writing/movement. They're also all printed in a notepad/book form and I thought they would come as loose sheets. After work orders are completed we ask that shareholders sign and we can't really document those signatures since the carbon copy stays in the notepad. If you're looking for better quality work forms these AREN'T it.
