Nice bottles but no corks or stoppers

Honestly I wish I could give this -1 star. The bottles are not black. They are green. Let’s start there. I ordered 4 cases and they shipped 3 cases in one big box and the 4th case in a separate box. When I attempted to return them they only provided 1 label and suggested I print the same label again and put it on the 2nd box. UPS said that was not allowed which to me makes sense. Why would you use the same label? They should’ve put all 4 cases in 1 big box. I honestly believe this was a set up to deter me from returning as they tried to get me to keep the bottles at a discount refund. No. I don’t want green bottles and my decor is black. I contacted Amazon and they told me if I pay for shipping for the additional box they would refund me. Untrue, they refuse to refund the 25.10 I paid to ship those bottles back. This is so unprofessional of both Amazon and the seller. The seller especially because all 4 cases should’ve been in one box. The seller should’ve also provided 2 shipping labels since they decided to split up my order. I did need some bottles for this project I’m working on and thanks to my local wine sellars who assisted me in this project. I do not recommend shopping with this Home Brew. None of their bottles are the correct color.
