So I got this laptop from Amazon same price and I spent a day with it...It is beautiful but its a no go. For whatever reason I cannot activate windows, did a reset and wiped everything clean. Anything that involves the system in windows starts to behave strange. Will not let you activate windows so some features get shut down.Could not do a fresh install because windows will not find the drive....tried several online solutions, drivers etc - there is just not a lot of info but they all failed. I wanted to love this thing...the screen is beautiful, the price is right but it non functional.I suspect thee was some sort of corporate policy installed on this thing cuz it is just not behaving normally even after after a pc reset5/15/24Ok found a fix. Lenovo has on their support page a system reset tha5 will download and populate a thumb drive. This was a new install and after that worked very well. Changed to 5 starts

Waited a couple of months to write this so I have real experience with it. I've never written an amazon review but I was quite worried when I bought this refurbished as someone who has always bought straight from lenovo. It came with the year long warranty it states, not a scratch on it, works perfectly and the 16 inch led screen is beautiful. I love the specs and everything about it after using it all day every day for most of these two months. I'm really happy with this purchase and hope my recommendation gives the next person some peace of mind

Very nice laptop. Would buy again. But wait, it came with Windows 11 Pro. It was digitally keyed for windows 11 Home. It would not activate. I wiped it clean installed Home version then bought Pro oem key. All is good, but it should never have shipped with Pro version.Shipping box and packaging could be better to stop laptop from moving around.

Set up the computer and found out 500 GB was being used already from the previous owner. Had to delete some old files, no big deal. My friend told me to open up task manager and ‘Malware Protection’ was running and taking up 20% of the total RAM. Tried to end the program since it seemed off but didn’t let me. Long story short, I ended up doing a factory reset to make sure no sketchy softwares were downloaded onto the computer. Everything else seems to be in order. Other than a few dents and only half of the charger I’d call it a fairly good deal.

It's a little heavier than I'm used to, but I think the build quality is just that good. 16" screen is beautiful; I upgraded from WinHome to Pro, didn't have to debloat much (turned off OneDrive), and overall am really impressed with the low resource usage. (Adobe CC is always running, but resource usage hasn't hit 50% and I use PS/LR a lot). Looks new to me, and Lenovo (the shipper, it seems?) gave me the year-long warranty, so I'm very happy with this laptop. Love the keypad,too, plus inb4 "Copilot key".

Just received the refurbished Lenovo Slim Pro 9i (it is a 9i!) and it works like a charm. I need it for SolidWorks CAD and simulation. For the power of the processor and GPU that it has, this is a reasonably light laptop - other option would have been gaming laptop which is much heavier... I saw this one in Costco with $1800 and at BestBuy with $2400, the Amazon refurbished price is significantly less and it looks and runs great.

After looking at other Lenovo Laptops, decided on the SlimPro 9i. Others had this for nearly $1,800.00 but Amazon Renewed had it for $1,099.99 (Black Friday deal) so I took a chance on it. It came 4 days ahead of schedule and did not have even a single scratch but looked and worked as a new unit! It came with the power charger but nothing else. However, online you can easily download all documentation. Very satisfied on performance, looks and function. Incredible specs, 1TB NVMe with a 2nd slot harddrive, RTX 4050 graphics, 32GB-DDR5 RAM, Intel Core i9-13905H, 14Core up to 5.4GHz, 16inch 3200x3000 screen, a keyboard with numeric number pad and still under 5lbs. Highly recommend.
