I've used this product for the last few years, which was fine. But this batch caused me sore eyes. The package says it lasts for 6 months once opened. I used the pack for over 4 months, so I threw it away and started a new pack. The new pack also caused sore eyes. I thought it's a bit warm so I put in the fridge, unfortunately, it's worse after I use the drops. I had discharges from the eyes in the morning, which means there is some kind of infections. I suppose the batch I got has some problems.
