Not a good product or maybe not suitable to everyone
Just single tablet created lot issues in stomach.. not sure whether to continue or not. Literally pain started in stomach.

Loose packing & dirty , tablet fell off while opening itself , Stomach pain after taking this , I can’t imagine how I managed . I was talking zinc l regular tablet ( from same company) and that’s really good but not this one
