My Favorite EDC Knife
Since purchasing this knife it has lived in my pocket! It came shaving sharp out of the box. Fit and finish is really high quality. The action is smooth and fast. The micarta handles feel solid and the texture is fairly grippy.. This knife definitely punches above it's price point.I enjoy the slim profile which makes this very lightweight. Living in Florida I generally wear thinner shorts and I forget that I'm carrying this knife. The smaller size additionally keeps it from hogging up too much pocket space.I've got medium sized hands and it fits them well. I would say for those with larger mitts that this would be more of a three finger grip for them. The blade holds an edge pretty well with light use. More moderate use and it does tend to require some light strop action to get the edge back. All in all another great offering from QSP, I highly recommend this knife for those looking for a smaller EDC blade.

A Small Knife with Big Attitude
If a velociraptor and a Swiss army knife had a love child, it’d be the QSP Canary Folder. This little beast is compact, mean, and ready to slice through whatever stands in its way—boxes, rope, or your midlife crisis impulse purchases. The 14C28N blade comes razor-sharp with a blackwash finish that screams “I mean business,” while the blue G-10 handle adds a pop of color—because even tough guys need a little flair. The ergonomics? Perfect. The grip? Secure enough to make you question why all knives aren’t this comfortable. And the action? Smooth as butter on a hot griddle, thanks to the ceramic ball bearings. With a bladet just under 3 inches, and an overall closed length under 4”, this thing slips into your pocket like it was born there. Plus, it’s legal just about everywhere, so you won’t have to explain yourself to Officer Friendly.Bottom line: The Canary is the compact EDC you didn’t know you needed, but once you have it, you’ll wonder how you ever lived without it. It’s small, fierce, and won’t break the bank—just like a good bar fight story.Final Verdict: 10/10, would slice again.

Good little edc
I have this folder, the canary neck knife, and the full size fixed blade. Excellent line by QSP really like the blade shape and steel used on them. The folder is on the smaller size; think Knafs lander one size. I got the all blacked out one. Really nice action nice size. There were two things I did not like. 1st the thumbhole is way too close to handle it needed a bit more room. 2nd the liner lock feels thin and flimsy but it will work ok just the feel isn’t right. They fixed the problem with the crossbar lock in the newer model. So I would go for that one instead of this one. It is still a good value for $38.

Love it.
Really love this little knife. The action is amazing. Snappy but smooth. The white and black is a little different. They make a fixed blade it this model. Cool little knife.

Wasn't my cup of tea
Conflicted on this one and ultimately returned. Loved the speed holes and the purple G10. The knife had good action, but felt overly heavy for it's size. And despite everything it just seemed like the build didn't match the price. For the money there are better purchases that provide a more premium feel and fit/finish. Just wasn't for me
