The media could not be loaded. I'm a graduate student in microbial metabolomics, but I like to keep a home lab for personal experiments. As such, I'm always on the lookout for affordable options for lab equipment. I wanted a shaker table for microbial growth experiments, and this is perfect for me. It's quite quiet, reliable, and easy to use.You adjust speed with the right knob; after you change speeds, it waits a few seconds to make sure you're done, and then smoothly accelerates. I haven't really needed to use the timer function (right knob), but it's available. The table clamps are easy to use, and hold your specimens securely. All in all, it does it's job well and reliably. I highly recommend it.

What's not to like? Super-simple setup and operation, nice sturdy rails, relatively quiet, and has a really strong shake motor. An essential part of your lab at a bargain price. 5 stars.
