Bought for our ever growing Christmas village. The appearance and function are perfect for our needs, high value for the money. Battery life was adequate, and the size of the set is good a little big for our village but workable.

This train doesn't work. It details constantly and gets stuck at the Y joint.

I bought this set for my mother who is wheelchair-bound now. I always set up a train around her Christmas tree. But, since she's in a chair or bed, I landed on this train set because of the remote control, and the fact it will smoke and blow its whistle. It was very easy to set up operates just as advertised.

Bought it for my grandson they haven’t opened it till June 20 his birthday

This is nice for around a Christmas tree. The track and the train cars are all plastic. Lightweight plastic at that. But it runs pretty good and it has a headlight and the steam function actually works. It’s not like amazing quality or anything but it’s a nice average train set.
