Use sparingly.
Viscos-350 Premium Treadmill Lubricant Pure Silicone seems to do the job and a few drops go a long way.One issue I did find was that on removing the foil seal, refitting the cap to the bottle was an art, it was so easy to jump the thread. I suggest storing the bottle upright as a precaution.
