Great quality miso
I'm very happy with this product for flavouring various dishes. It brings a savoury depth to stews and even stir fries. I use it in dips and sauces.Just be aware of creaming a spoonful with some water or stock before adding to dishes as it's quite unpleasant to get a lump if it on your fork so cream it and stir it in well or maybe use a little food processor to disperse it. And enjoy.
