This bike is not refundable. I returned the first one, that squeaked & rear break did not function properly & could not adjust it. My second one arrived with a bigger problem. Fortunately, a homeless man watched me fall off a few times, because the handle bar would not lock in place. He knew why. Offered to fix it for $5 dollars. Of course, I was happy to pay, if he could fix it. There was a loose nut under the handle bar & above the front wheel. Once he tightened it worked well. I have changed my rating from 3 to 4? After 2 weeks, I figured out how to adjust brakes. Both brakes work well & stopped squeaking all together.

Great bike, very easy to put together, the price is very affordable, i love it‘s folding function, it saves a lot of space.

this bike sucks so much, like i cant even lift the seat up, because the metal got scratched so badly because of my bodyweight, and it it keeps going down. and the breakes ARE TRASH, like therse to reason to use the breaks, like if you use both of the breaks, IT STILL SUCKS. and for some reason THE DAMNB CHAIN KEEPS COMMING OFF, LIKE THE LAST TIME I USED IT I FELT THE CHAINS SKIPPING, AND THEM CAME OFF WHILE RIDING. and the worst part is that. IT KEEPS COMMING OFF, LIKE I TRIED TO FIX THAT JUMP OF METEAL LIKE MORE THAN 10 TIMES, NOT EXAGERATING. AND IT IS STILL COMMING OFF. 1 star review, never but this

Perfectly meets the need for a transportable bike when you have a small car! I wish the max. weight limit were higher. It fits my wife, but not me.

Hands down the worst vibe I’ve ever ridden! Feels rickety, cheap, and like it’s about to fall apart any second. When I shift down to 2 or 1, the chain just falls off. The brakes are not very responsive so it’s pretty dangerous when riding in hilly areas, and the pedals don’t feel secure at all. Definitely not gonna be using this bike at all!
