The quilt is soft with a good depth to it but feels light and cosy as well. Very warm. Would definitly recommend.

I bought this, not to sleep under, but to sleep on top of, so it would be unfair to judge its value for that if it failed. It hasn't though! As a fibromyalgia sufferer and with hip and back problems sleeping on new mattress and topper (which didn't help much) this duvet was well worth trying and it works..I've had the best nights sleep in months. Because it's not being used for it's actual purpose I don't expect it to last longer than 6 mths , but it's worth every penny and the price means I won't mind replacing it. The outer material is not very sturdy but as its under Egyptian cotton sheet that's not a problem. And yes it's thick and cosy enough to serve it's proper purpose as a duvet. I have double size.

Supoerb quality and extremely warm. Just what I was looking for.

I did not like the covering of this duvet. It is certainly not 'soft touch'. The brand Soft Touch was on the packaging not Slumber Nights. I am using it but feel that people should be aware they are not buying a branded product. A bit of misrepresentation going on with this company. Certainly warm but quite bulky to manage in comparison to my old duvet. Reasonable value for money.
