I had expected it to be made of wood, from the image. That said, I'm hitting out with some cool Latin percussion on my tracks. A must have for the percussion collector!Quick delivery, no hassles or drama!All good!

You can’t hide from the sound that this thing makes in full swing—it’s impressive.It’s droppable & durable. Short of actually trying to break it, I can’t imagine it happening.I’m no guiro player, but I can still get lots of different sounds from it. It’s hand-held & mountable. Two different strikers that can account for some dynamic sound.My three-year old has tried to use it! Where’s the kids’ version of the same plastic!?
