Decent
If your looking for a working durable laptop that will get you through the day get this laptop after reading these, pros and cons:• It heats up and gets very hot, very dangerous highly advised to not place on lap while charging.• If your buying this to play games like Roblox it can run it but will lag or crash when playing high graphical quality games.• Very sturdy, fast connection easy and good for work.• Good value for money although you could get better ones.• Weight is acceptable• Battery life is satisfactory depending on what you are doing.• Good design. My pleasure for this review.G7.

Buyer beware
At first the laptop was great. Unfortunately after about 7 months it got very temperamental (couldn't sign-in or kept shutting down mid use) and eventually stopped working. The seller wasn't at all helpful and told me their warranty of 3-months had expired and to contact Dell directly.Dell advised that the warranty expired in 2023 (1 year before I bought it!!) and that the laptop isn't registered in the UK so they couldn't help me until I re-registered here and then paid for their service. The Amazon support team couldn't have been more helpful and I've now had a refund.Definitely wouldn't risk buying a refurbished laptop ever again.

Really pleased with the reconditioned laptop
Bought as a 2nd laptop just for photos etc. as my main laptop is a pixelbook and didn't realise when i bought that, that it's a system of it's own, nothing is compatible with it!.Really pleased with this Dell, very easy to use, set up and quite intuitive, Touch Screen too, am really pleased with it, it's in excellent condition , downloaded all my photos to it and am working my way through them. Happy to recommend this company too.Kids also starting to game on it too, seems very successful! I need to reclaim it!!

Operationally good but…
A good solid business spec laptop at a bargain price. Clearly professionally refurbished and works like new… BUT, very surprised to see some wear and tear on the screen where the pointer has rubbed. Also, even more surprisingly monitor burn, I didn’t think that was a thing these days. For sure you can really only see on a black screen or at boot up but not what I expected.
