This stuff is amazing! I can honestly say taking it consistently I’ve noticed I get sick less often. That was my biggest plus. I also noticed I have a little more energy in the mornings. The texture is a cross between thick pudding and jello. The flavor was nice and light. Not too sweet. It’s on the pricier side but worth it for your health. I take one tbsp every morning along with a probiotic yogurt and I’ve felt the best I have in a while. I’ve used 3 bottles up and I plan to repurchase. Highly recommend.

Not the greatest taste but has really great benefits. I’ll definitely be trying the mango and pineapple next. It has the worse long lasting aftertaste. I got my jar yesterday so I tried it at the end of the day which probably wasn’t a good idea since I was really restless last night however I felt great with good energy & not fatigued like I normally am. Definitely will be my morning routine! Just a side note that if it’s your first time trying this it’s recommended to do a teaspoon first so your body can get used to all the vitamins & minerals. Then you can start to do the 1 to 2 tablespoons a day. I’ve only done a teaspoon & this morning I don’t feel as bloated as I usually am and don’t feel tired either!

True sea moss is amazing! I saw it in my Mom’s fridge and thought this must be super healthy. I tried it and it tastes great more importantly it is soothing to stomach. The health benefits are worth every penny! I did think the price is expensive so to save money I found it in the raw form and tried to reconstitute however that was not successful! The true sea moss brand has the smooth texture that I could not achieve. Every time I see it at Sprouts I grab 2 bottles.
