Customer service is Not Customer Friendly
This review is not about the effectiveness or ineffectiveness of their product but the subscription program. I’m extremely disappointed in their customer service now that I want to cancel my subscription. If you have a question or concern, you will not be able to speak to an actual human being. Their customer support is strictly through chat or email. This has become a challenge in today’s business sector. The inability to speak with a human; has become the norm which has affected the consumer’s experience. It is unfortunate to discover a company that advertises wellness, health and positivity will provide a negative experience if you no longer wish to subscribe to a their program. Please be aware and cautious with Diva Fam dba TrueSea Moss. In January 2026, there was a Recall due to Health Risks and more information is listed online on The Food & Drug Administration website. We as consumers must hold companies accountable to honor their policies and practices from beginning to end.

Clear Skin, Gut Health, Energy Oh Yeah Baby!
I used this for years, this is my favorite flavor. The taste is great, it does have a little afyer taste, nothing water can’t fix. The texture is smooth, it tastes like apple sauce. I’ve tried other flavors, and the mango pineapple is my favorite. It did help boost my immunity, helped with my skin; made it look hydrated and even, also helped with my gut health and energy. There was a recall so i stopped using it for 4 months now. Debating if i should start it up again.
