Absolutely stunning easy instructions to put together I love it

I recently installed this propane fire pit, and the process was fairly easy. The instructions were clear, and I had it set up in no time. Once installed, it looks fantastic and adds a great ambiance to my covered porch.However, the metal construction is quite thin and easily dented. This is a bit disappointing, as it affects the overall durability of the fire pit. On the positive side, the powder coating seems to be holding up well against the elements, providing some protection and maintaining its appearance.Overall, this propane fire pit is a stylish addition and easy to install, but be mindful of its delicate metal construction. Recommended with reservations.

Upon set up, we found that the regulator was faulty and did not work. It would not ignite. We exhausted all troubleshooting suggestions, and we tried to contact the company for support. We were unable to get a response after several emails and attempts to speak to the company. We even went to the company website, where they do not list any phone numbers at all and have an email listed that does not work.Very displeased with the communication on this matter. If we could have gotten ahold of the company for a replacement piece, I’d have much better things to say about this product. Instead, we just repackage the entire thing back up to return.We will be purchasing from a different company once we receive our refund for this faulty product.
