I love this thing! We rent a very old house and there is a huge draft that enters from the front door into the living area. My heat is constant turning on because the thermostat is in the living room and the rest of the house gets so hot, meanwhile, the living room is freezing! I put this between the entrance of the living area and the mud room and oh boy does it make a difference! I love that you can stick a rod through it as well! I bought a separate tension rod and hung this up in a few minutes. This curtain is heavy enough to withstand wind from the door opening and closing and thick enough to keep the cold air out without it being too heavy. It made a huge difference in the temperature of the room! I’m definitely hoping this reduces my electric/gas bill!

With a very cold winter this panel is well worth the money and helped save on heating bills. This was used to close off a sunroom as it is not as insulted as the main house. With this up, we no longer felt cold drafts. The panel itself is insulated and thick, it was easy to install.

I bought this in hopes that it would stop the bad draft we had coming from the front door. It worked perfectly. No more drafts, in fact I can stand right in front of the door, and there is no more draft at all. I love that it is split in the middle so that I can part it to open the door. It also has magnets along the split so that it closes up firmly and nicely.

I bought this only to muffle sound of my dog barking when left alone as his barking tends to travel into hallway of our apartment building. I hung it over archway opening into our front entrance foyer hoping with a doggy gate and the curtain it would muffle his barking. I'd say it does kind of but not much. This curtain gets 5 stars for easy to hang with included velcro and I'd say its perfect for keeping a room cold or warm. This drape doesn't really muffle noise but helps. I'm going to use it in summer with our ac to keep livingroom colder.

Fast shipping! The material is thick and insulated. I started in the basement and felt a difference so I ordered again for my kitchen sliding doors. I recommended it to a friend and they ordered a panel. I ordered the 48 W x 96L. I only wished they made the 48W with a length of 84. I will order again. Lately, we've had weather in the teens and these curtains definitely make a difference.

Only do so much to counteract paper-thin apartment walls. Decent heat insulation over windows, not so much in the sound department.They have a very aggressively sour smell to them that will fill the room they are in, especially if you like the air flowing. Not even sure if they are safe to machine wash or if that could damage the integrity of the insulation material in the process. Either way it's a bad move to send consumers stinky product with a problem attached to it. Not even sure the smell would come out in one wash either due to its strength. Feel bad for anyone who got these and had to spend multiple hours in a laundromat to use them comfortably just to get lack luster results from their intended purpose.Update: have been washed as instructions direct. One wash did NOT remove the stench, even a lil, and upon drying they have begun to fall apart at the seams.
