I recently bought the Microphone Ribbon Flex Cable Inner Mic Cable Replacement for my PS5 DualSense controller after ripping mine, and it worked perfectly. The installation was straightforward, and the new cable fit snugly, restoring the mic functionality in my controller. It’s a cost-effective fix and saved me from buying an entirely new controller. Highly recommend this replacement if you accidentally rip your cable!

I damaged my PS5 Dual Sense controller's front microphone flex cable when I was upgrading my battery to a higher capacity one. The (right) cable severed when I was taking the shell off. The cable snapped and I needed to replace it. As I was looking for a replacement, i did not see the cables made for my version of the controller, which happens to be the newer V3 BDM-030 controller. I saw replacements for V1 (BDM-010) and V2 (BDM-020) but not for my V3. So I decided to order the later V2 version and gave it a try. Luckily for me it worked!! The flex cable fit into the board and after putting the controller back together, the microphone worked.

Does not work on my bdm 30 model. Paid for crap.
